Does Body Fortress Cookies and Cream whey protein taste good?
I was going to get the peanut butter and chocolate flavor but it was sold out, and I heard vanilla and chocolate was horrible, I wasn't sure about strawberry, so I just got cookies and Cream. Does it taste good? And when I make it Ill probably mix it with peanut butter and maybe half a banana. Will that make it taste any better? P.S. I use water not milk.
Its ok. Just ok IMO. I rarely like the taste of whey anyway, but I would mix the strawberries and cream with a banana and strawberries. Throw a splash of honey in there and blend well.
