beautiful body butter

I need to lose weight!I am 14 and over 20% body fat!Please help!?
I am going to be in a wedding so that's why I'm worried.I am 5"4 and 118 pounds.My belly and arms are flabby and my upper legs are too.I need to get my arms to look thin, without lifting weights.I tried to lift weights but my arms got even bigger and now the are huge.The dress is strapless.Please help me!I have quite a while to tone up my body.I tried sit ups/push ups but I couldn't do them.I was huffin and puffin after simple exercizes.I am over 20% body fat which is bad, I know.We have sooo much ice cream and I can't eat veggies without butter.I don't know what to do.I always thought I was skinny and I dont think I have a weight problem but my mom says I do.Is 118 really that bad?And Ideas on what to do?
I kinda stopped counting callories because I think full cheeks are very attractive.I finally have a beautiful full face but I hate to exercize and definitely don't want my face to look chubby.Please help!
At 5ft 4in, and 118 pounds, your body mass index (BMI) is 20.3.
Here is what this means:
* Underweight = <18.5
* Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
* Overweight = 25-29.9
* Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
This puts you smack in the middle of the normal weight range. At age 14, I would actually assume that much of this is so called "puppy fat" and will naturally disappear within a few years, assuming a healthy lifestyle.
If you don't want to develop larger muscles, you should not be lifting weights or doing push ups. Any cardiovascular exercise, such as running, swimming, hiking, or even long brisk walks should be sufficient to lose a bit of weight. Don't obsess though! you are NOT overweight, and should NOT be trying to lose much weight, at most you should be trying to get rid of a few pounds, and tone up, but again - do NOT believe yourself to be overweight. You are perfectly normal and healthy.
As far as butter and veggies go - I'm a butter fan myself, (goodness knows what chemicals go into margarines and spreads these days!) but you should of course use everything in moderation! instead of cooked vegetables, try to find fruits or veggies that you enjoy eating raw. cut up some watermelon for yourself, or apples, or snack on raw baby carrots. try to have something like that always on hand, for when you feel like snacking. (and be sure its something you acutally enjoy eating)
Most of all, don't let anyone convince you that you are overweight! Be healthy, yes! anorexic - no!
