black raspberry vanilla body butter
Is Bath&Body Works lotion safe to use on your face?
Will Bath&Body Works lotion cause my face to break out if I use it as my daily moisturizer?
The kind I bought (because I like the smell a lot) is Black Raspberry Vanilla. It's says body lotion with Vitamin E, Jojoba & Shea Butter.
All of those should mean its safe to use on your face right?
Because on the back it also says.. "hydrates skin with moisture that lasts all day . . . leave skin feeling incredibly soft, smooth and nourished, making it the perfect daily moisturizer."
Also says.. "Smooth over body to moisturize and lightly fragrance skin."
I'm not sure if that means It can be used on the face as well. (Meaning wont cause acne)
Sorry if this is just a stupid question, But i want this cleared up.

Bath & Body Work's lotions are body lotions. I would never put anything on my face unless it specifically said for "face".
It also has "petrolatum" in the ingredients and petroleum is a byproduct of gasoline, which can clog pores because the molecules are too large to be absorbed into the skin.
Always avoid "mineral oil" and "petrolatum/petroleum".
