Lists of food gluten & dairy free for 7 month old?

Hi,

My nephew is almost 7 months old and my sister in law has been having trouble finding foods in the supermarkets that she can feed to her son who has gluten and dairy allergys.

Can any body recommend some products (suchs as butters and snacks) that she can give to him?

She tried the nutlex but that made him sick as well.
