Would a personal trainer and nutritionist work with me? (Eating disorder)?

I've struggled with eating issues for about 9 years now, and body image issues for about 15 years. Suggesting that I get help for my eating disorder will do no good, I have gotten help... over and over and over again. So for now, while I struggle through the journey to get over this, I'd like to see a personal trainer and nutritionist that can help me exercise and eat as healthy as possibly on my low calorie plan. I want to be fit and tone. I also don't want to eat like... over 1000 cals. Will a nutritionist help put me on a 1000 cal plan so that I can eat as healthy as possible while I'm dealing with this. I want as much benefit out of food as I can get, as I fear for my health. Peanut butter sandwiches, salads, and cereal is all I eat now a days. I want a healthier diet. Will a professional help me achieve this? Or refuse to support my disorder? Thanks.

It honestly depends, a nutritionist probably won't want to put you under a 1200 calorie diet, but it all depends on how you want your weight to be. Eating 1000 and then exercising majorly with a personal trainer will not make you toned, you'll lose muscle which is not fit and toned, because your body will starting eating away at the muscle and storing the fat you have because of the lack of fuel your putting in and how much you're working. If you have an eating disorder, you need to see a specialist first, because you'll never get better unless you get help. Food is NOT the enemy, as long as you make good choices and eat a good amount. I say, see a specialist on eating disorders, and then see a nutritionist or get a personal trainer.
