How do I tone up my whole body?
I am 18 years old and I am an athlete. I am swimmer and water polo player. I also surf and dance samba. However, I haven't always been this active. My whole high school life I was chubby. Weighing in at 160 pounds and my height is 5'6. I am really proud of myself by dropping about 30 pounds.Now I fluctuate between 125-130. Though I am active and have visible muscle in my arms, back and shoulders. I am still not as toned as I want to be in my lower stomach and thighs. My thighs aren't that bad but my inner thigh is wear there is still a little bit of flab. And for my abs, I can feel my abs when I flex but I can't see them. They aren't defined. Even though I have a small waist line of 24, I still have a pooch. So what can I do to get overall definition? And what kind of diet? Right now I'm eating healthily but I still snack. Even though I snack on healthy things like 1/2 cup of granola or banana with peanut butter, I still snack alot. So what should I do?
eat well - about 2000 calories daily - and workout out. alternate between cardio and lifting weights each day.
