body butter dessert

What should I have for Breakfast tomorrow?
I am 5"3 and weigh 100 and I'm almost 13. I am proud of it but want to be healthier than I am now. Maybe shed a few pounds but not purposely. Just tone my body. I kinda feel bad about how I ate.
Breakfast-
2 waffles w/ some maple syrup. (the waffles were 170 but tasted like shit and were rock hard XP)
Then at 10 I had one apple
Lunch-
Oatmeal bread sandwich w/ lettuce and cheese
special k bar
Dinner
Me and my mum went to friendlys
I had the Chicken Garden sald w/ Italian and then dessert came this is where it god baaadd.
I got a sunday w/ a scoop of
1. Forbidden chocolate
2 PB fudge
3. Veinna Mocha chunk
with
reeses penut butter cups, hot fudge, and kit kat bar. soo bad and then later at 8 i had some popcorn and chexmix. i think i over ate. i dont usually do this so be nice
People I had the candy on the sunday if that helps and i barely ever eat the stuff. I also only drink water and no soda
Maybe you could cut out the candy, or at least some of it, and instead of sugary breakfasts, eat cereals that don't have too much crap in them. I have multigrain cheerios, but regular cheerios are good too.
