How do i make my own eye shadow primer?
i've seen lost of videos on youtube about it but they all use body butter or moisturizer with foundation, i don't want to use body butter or moisturizer b because i think its not safe around your eyes, what could i use as a substitute with foundation?
Unless you have really sensitive eyes moisturizer should be fine, but I think its just in there to thin it out. Try thinly applying the foundation.
