What skin condition is this?? Won't go away!!?

I've had these rashes for over a year now... they never went away. The first few months it was only redness and spottiness but no itching nor pain. Recently itching and slight discomfort has developed and skin spots have appeared dry under light. No lotion nor skin cream work for me. Tried Cocoa butter, shea butter, hydrocortisone, etc. I just hope this isn't some weird skin disorder! Same is happening with other parts of the body (chest, stomach, back, shoulder, neck, etc)... it is starting to scare me!!

Go back to your GP and get a referral to a Dermatologist. Did you change your soap? washing powder, moved home...anything might trigger it, could be an allergic reaction...anyway get professional help.
