bulk body butter

How my diet should look like?
I'm cutting currently. After cutting I'm trying to go clean bulk. My current weight is 190 ( Height is 5'11). I go to the gym at least 3 times a week but I try to go 4 when I'm able to. My workout schedule/plan is fine but I was starting to think about diet plan now. I noticed that I don't get enough protein or when I do get it then i also get lots of fat from the same source (peanut butter creme for example or lamb meat or scrambled eggs. + they are saying that "Eat 1g protein / lb lean body mass." so I should eat 190g protein but it's possible. I mean I could but then I would also get sh*tloads of fat...
