i feel extremely sick, and i am very hungry! could it be serious?

i feel bad and all my body hurts, scratching my skin hurts. and also i have been very hungry all day. Today I have eaten 2 bowls of Cheerios, 3 glasses of fruit juice, 1 dish of meat at school, 1 spring roll, 1 huge carrot, a sandwich with butter, 2 apples, 1 dish of descusting fish which almost made me through up on the table but i was so hungry i kept eating. And yet i feel very hungry and there is nothing good in my fridge at all. should i go to a doctor? this feels Absolutely awful sicknesses, nausea, stomachache, hunger, thirst, diarrhea and my body and bones are on fire. i am 15, very healthy male, no drug use at all. what is this

na na na its probrably because you have ate something bad or as the guy up above said youve maybe got flu but just to be on the safe side cheak with a doctor
