cinnamon body butter

If I do this everyday will I tone up?! How long will it take? (15 year old)?
I'm 15...
I'm chubby. (Fat thighs and love handles)
If I do the Wii fit for 30 min everyday. Walk my dog for 25 min every morning and after school. Every second day go for a 30 min jog.
Example of what I'll be eating: ( I have trouble with eating.. I always binge and eat too much)
Throughout the day I drink only water.
Breakfast: -Oatmeal (low sugar only 110 cals)
-Activia yogurt (100 cals)
-1-2tbsp of peanut butter (150 cals)
Snack:
-Cherries
Lunch:
-Salad with pieces of chicken
-Apple
Snack:
-Apple with cinnamon
Dinner:
-lots of veggies.
-whatever my mom cooks... I try to eat a small portion.
How long will it take to tone up?!?!
PLEASE HELP!
I REALLY WANT A NICE BODY.
Am I doing anything wrong?
I ate really really bad today... so I'm starting tomorrow, but I did Wii fit today for 20 min and I'm going for a jog in 15 min.

You are young, so I will make the diet very simple for you: If it's in a box, wrapper, or bag, don't eat it. I don't care what kind of health or weight-loss claim is on the package, don't eat it. If it's at Starbucks, Drive-Thrus, etc., don't eat it.
In terms of exercise, you're suggesting you do 1-1/2 hours of cardio. You only need 30 minutes. Do more than that and I guarantee you, you will not stick to it. Do 20-30 minutes of brisk walking to start.
If you want to add jogging into your routine, do NOT start off by doing 30 minutes all at once. You're supposed to ease into it. It's not good for you to jog for 30 minutes if you don't know what you're doing. Start out by brisk walks, then for the first week you walk for 10 minutes, then jog 30 seconds, then walk a few minutes, then jog 30 seconds. The next week, you increase the jogging by a minute or two overall. Don't kill yourself.
Keep in mind that through cardio exercises that you are suggesting, you are burning fat and not gaining muscle. If you want to get to your full potential, you want to do anaerobic exercises to get muscle tone and increase your strength to do more cardio. I suggest seeing a professional trainer for that.
You're allowed to drink something other than water, you know. Just stay away from anything with sugar, fat or lots of sodium and you'll be fine.
