clementine body butter
Why am I not losing weight?
I'm 17, female, 5"6ish and 132lbs!!!!
breakfast - either cereal with semi-skimmed milk or a fruit salad or peanut butter on toast
Lunch - Usually veggie soup and roll
Snack - Apple or clementine
Dinner - Wholewheat pasta with tomato sauce and tuna or a tofu stirfry
Snack - activia yoghurt
I exercise 30 minutes a day - exercise bike or running
I do strength workouts
why am i not losing?

and my body doesn't seem to be changing shape either, my jeans still fit the same.
ANY advice will be helpful

I've been trying for about 3 weeks. I know thats not a long time but I thought I'd see some difference!

if you just started doing that, then it takes a while to change your body.
when your exercing do you sweet?? because if you dont sweet then your not losing weight your just getting muscle. try wearing a sweetshirt, they make you sweet more
you seem pretty thin to me
