how to get rid of saggy belly,it s ruining my life?
i had my baby 9 months ago,my belly looks wrinkly,like my belly Button is almost hidden.
i had a girl ask me yesterday when we were at the fitting room "what s wrong with your belly?" so am like "don t forget i had a baby" and she s like "that does nt mean nothing,because my mom had 4 and her belly looks fine"
i use lotions with coco butter,i also workout,i got my body back,in clothes i look good,
please help me,will my wrinkly belly ever go away,or am screwd,and if i ever get pregnant will my belly sagg even more?
is anybody of you here have the same probleme?
My sister recently had a baby, and she attends Curves fitness classes to get her figure back. It seems to be working fine. You just need to exercise that part of your body, and the wrinkles will go away with time.
If it's stretch marks...that's a different story...not sure you get rid of those. I'm almost positive those are permanent.
