coco butter body oil
is this mixture for skin also good for my hair?
my mom bought this body butter stuff a while ago and when my hingredientsit dry after looking at the ingredients: Shea butter, Avocado oil, essential oils, coco butter and organic oil i dabbed a little and ran it through my hair i was happy that it did what i was looking for a little shine and moisture but when i told my mom about it she was saying it would make my hair damaged since its for the body
do you think that is true? by the way i am african american and i have relaxed hair

If that's all it has in it you should have no problem. If it has any other additives i wouldn't use it just to be safe
