cocoa therapy body butter
major stretchmarks, 14?
Alrite im 14 years old, and for a couple years now i have had stretchmarks all over my body.(upper arms, breasts, knees, thighs, back, but hips) i was never overweight, or changed my weight dramitically.. i think its because i grew too quickly.. i recently have started to put on Cocoa Butter Formula with Vitamin E Skin Therapy Oil.. And i put on Palmers Cocoa Butter Lotion. I know i will not completely be able to hide stretch marks, but i want them to be less noticible at least. The actual scars are light, and my skin is not too dark, but pretty tan. Is it too late for them to become less noticeable? If not, could you also give me some more advice on what other techniques could help the process quicker? Considering i am going to go to high school pretty soon, i want to at least be able to wear a half sleeved shirt without pulling it down all the time.. thank you!
Right there with ya. I'm 18 and my knees, hips, butt, and inner thighs are all marked up with them too, and I've always been slender. Always. It's because I grew to be 5'8" by 15. It is really irritating though, isn't it- to be young and slim and have stretch marks like an ex fatty or formerly pregnant? Yup. Oh well. I'll let you in on a little secret- no matter how thin or apparently flawless, 95 out of a 100 girls have stretch marks and/or cellulite. And if they don't, it's because they don't YET.
There's not much you can do but get over it though, unfortunately. All creams/lotions/etc. that I've tried are scams and didn't do anything but burn a hole in my wallet.
