homemade body butters

I am looking for a recipe for a homemade canned Salsa I had a few years ago. It was a sweet, tomato based sals?
salsa that was called "bread and butter" salsa. The ingredients included tomatoes, celery and peppers. Any body have such a recipe?
Here are a few suggestions:
1. BREAD AND BUTTER JALAPENOS
4 lbs jalapeno peppers
2 lbs. onions
3 cups cider vinegar
5 cups sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tablespoon garlic powder (or 1 teaspoon, if preferred)
2 tablespoons mustard seed
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1-2 tsp. turmeric (depends upon how much you like it)
Wash and slice jalapenos. Remove seeds from some rings to remove some of the "heat".
Thinly slice onions. In a large pan, bring vinegar, sugar and spices to a boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pack peppers and onion in sterilized canning jars. Pour hot syrup over and place hot lids on jars.
Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
2. Tomato Basil Salsa
Ingredients
8 tomatoes, peeled and coarsely chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
salt to taste
hot pepper sauce to taste
Combine the tomatoes, onion, green chiles, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, coriander, salt, and hot sauce in a Dutch oven or large pot over medium-low heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the salsa reaches your preferred consistency, about 3 hours. Store in refrigerator until using.
3. Relished Tomato Salsa
6 each hot chili peppers
2 pounds tomatoes green
2 pounds onions
1 each cabbage head
3 each green bell pepper
1/4 cup pickling salt
3 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon mustard seed
1 tablespoon turmeric ground
2 teaspoons celery seeds
Mix vegetables and salt.
Cover and let stand 12 to 18 hours.
Drain vegetables and rinse.
Mix vegetables and remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes. Pack simmering mixture in hot jars, leaving 1/8 inch headspace; seal.
Process 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
