Are you allowed to bring LUSH body butters, massage bars, and lemony flutter cuticle cream onboard the plane?

I really want to bring my LUSH products with me on the plane, but I'm afraid the customs would trash them if the products aren't allowed onboard. The lemony flutter cuticle cream is under 100g which is the limit for the United States liquids, but the body butters and massage bars may be "over" if they melt... Does anyone know if the U.S customs would confiscate the products if I brought them with me onboard the flight? Please Help!!

It's actually not customs, but the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) which enforces carryon limits. If you are coming into or going out of the US, Customs does not care how big your carryon items are. So if you are checking bags, no problems whatsoever. If you wish to carry them on, here are the rules.

Liquids/gels/creams need to be under 100ml or 3.4 ounces. So yes, your cuticle cream would be ok (lush website says 1.5oz). It looks like the body butter and massage bars are both solid bars, so you can carry them on, also. I've taken small bar soaps on planes many times without issue, and I flew 40+ times last year. Just make sure that all your toiletry items fit inside a 1 quart/1liter size ziploc bag.

I'm not sure where you're coming from, but note that US and Canada rules are essentially the same, except that you are only allowed one personal item from Canada to the US and no additional carryon. If this is the case for you, you will have to check your suitcase and toiletry items for at least one flight segment.
