make whipped body butter
my puppy has parvo. i have some questions?
she has had it for over a week. The doctor gave her a slim chance to live, but also said that if she lives for more than 3 days her odds of serving increase drastically. I have been doing the home care. I have a constant IV in her and try to give her about a liter a day. I give her enimas of about 12 tablespoons a day. the enima contains 50 50 pepto bismol and pedia lite. I got some whipped peanut butter and added some salt and sugar to it and I put globs on the roof of her mouth a few times. She seems to be doing a lot better now than she did last sunday, but she still seems out of it. I make her get out of her kennel and go outside about 2-3 times a day. she likes to walk around and sniff. Her urine is now urine and not blood, but about how long will it take for her to eat and drink by herself, and how long does it take the virus to die out of the body. also, how long will it be before I can introduce her to my other dogs?
oh poor baby.... just keep doing wat ur doing and take it slow like next week dont give hr 12 start to give her 10 then the next week give her 8 and so on... i give u all mi wishes .... good luck 2 u n the lil pup..
