manuka body butter

why do i use all these skin products yet my skin is really bad?

evry day i use gentle cleaner, then manuka honey moisurizer, i use dove moisturizing body wash on my body then moisturize with thick cocoa body butter
my skin is still super dry and red all the time! plus i have little white bumps all over my arms and thighs and on the edges of my face.
my frend uses no products and her skin is even and clear and smooth!
help!!

Try baby oil or olive oil for moisturizing. It could cause you to break out if you use it on your face (baby oil especially) so be careful.
