Should I make myself sick ?
I eat really healthy, like obsessed healthy eating. I also run, dance and work out a lot. I hate the way I look, my weight everything about my body I think looks fat! I gave in last night and ate 2 slices of pizza, some chicken wings and 1 1/2 zappoles (fried dough). I havn't eaten pizza in AGES since I cut it out of my diet and the same with fried food. I feel disgusting and unhealthy. I feel like I need to do something to make me feel better about myself. I just ate breakfast of cinnamon oatmeal, fruit salad (pineapple, pear and melon) w/ a small portion of peanut butter and water. I hate this feeling! Should I make myself throw up? I'm planning on running later as well. I'm 14 years old. 5'5-5'6 and around 120-135 pounds. I really hate this!
no. making yourself sick is not a good idea. you have already absorbed any calories anyways. best thing to do is just drink loads of water and wait for your body to get rid of it normally. remember how horrible it feels and don't make the same mistake again, stick to healthy food.
if you're still worrying about it, add up your calorie intake for the junk food. it wont equal much. then work out how much exercise it takes to burn that amount and do that exercise. or just remember you need to overeat 3500 calories to gain 1 pound so you will not gain anything.
you might think throwing up your food is a great way to keep skinny but its not. all you do is remove the food weight that you would lose naturally anyway. the calories that make you fat are still absorbed. thats why most bulimics are fat with rotten teeth and scanky breath.
your bmi is good, so dont worry about your weight anymore, you'll end up to skinny and that will make you unattractive, you say you work out alot, perhap try swapping some running sessions for toning exercises on what ever gross wobbly bits you think you have.
remember everyone looks in the mirror and stares at the bits they dont like. go to the mirror and look for a long time and find the things you do like about yourself and remind yourself you are beautiful. and dont say theres nothing because there is always something.
if you really cannot get any self confidence on how great you look (which no doubt you do) write down what you dont like and make a plan of action. for example if you dont like the way your stomach sticks out a bit too much plan to do some sit ups and crunches every day until you do feel happy.
and tell your friends the way you feel! they will make you feel alot better about yourself and they can help point out all your good features and explain why there so gorgeous.

if your looking at girls in magazines your may as well be trying to turn yourself into a plastic doll. and finally your looks only matter to you. the reason i even suggested you could improve areas is because you feel so strongly about it. the thing you need to do is to just be happy with who you are. no one really cares but you. something tells us girls that we must be a skinny supermodel to bag an amazing guy and have a great life. what guys really want is a girl whos fun to be around! one thats bold and confident, not insecure, constantly saying your fat and not wanting to go on dates where you eat together. guys dont understand that, they just think your a complete freak and wont go near you.
sorry for this being so long but i was once like you. i wasted alot of time thinking i was fat and ugly, starving myself and hating myself. then i realised that actually it was all in my head. i had no confidence in myself and i didnt love myself. you need to love yourself. its the most important thing in your whole life. now quit worrying about how much u weigh and picking at the tiniest imperfections, be happy in yourself and go have fun!
