milk and honey body butter

Do you think i can lose 10lbs FAST doing this? *opinions & suggestions?

im 14, female, and 5'3 and i weigh 122-124lbs and a month or so ago i weighed 112-115lbs and i want to lose the weight and get back to my old body! =[

mondays: abs & 30 minutes of cardio
tuesdays: legs & butt (including 20 mins of elliptical)
wednesdays: arms & 30-45 minute walk
thursdays: 20 minutes of elliptical + 15-20 minute jog
fridays: abs & jumping rope.
saturdays: legs & butt (including 20 mins of elliptical)
sundays: arms & 30-45 minute walk
+ swimming and other activities like dancing.

food:
breakfast: 1 bowl of total honey clusters cereal w/ 2% milk (i think) or fruit
lunch: sandwhich [most likely peanut butter & honey] on whole wheat bread (once again - i think but its NOT white bread)
dinner: whatever we have that day
& im going to drink tons of water and a little diet soda here and there. and virtually no junk.

i want to lose at least 7-10lbs in the next 3 or so weeks. can i do it? any suggestions or tips?

wow your schedule looks pretty good,
it's easy to focus on a part of your body each day and that's pretty much what you have, (that's what i do), so that's all good.

one thing i'm not sure about is your diet, i would die on your diet! no wear near enough food for me, and it lacks some nutrition.

now since mostly what you care about is weight i suggest you snack on a salad once a day+what you have, it'll fight hunger without adding fat, make sure to eat quite a bit of meat too, that way your muscles can repair and strengthen after all this activity.

i think you have a shot in a month.
