olive oil salt scrub
Is this a good procedure for skin care? Any more to add?
My French Teacher gave us a procedure (shes make up artist for our play) and it said that
1. Put on any facial soap
2. Put the scrub on of: Honey + sugar or salt OR Olive Oil + sugar or salt
3. Put on lotion
4. Spf
Is this a good procedure? I wasn't really paying attention when she told us this. Is there anything esle? My face doesn't have anything on, but it's a procedure to keep our faces clean so that the make up will look good on the say of the play. Any thing else to add? I'm twelve, so I don;t have pimples or anything. Any help will be usefu! 
i wouldn't put on spf unless its sunny out cuz that stuff is oily. but otherwise yes:)
