pear body butter
help! why i can't lose weight by eating this diet plan?
breakfeast: 1 slice whole-grain bread with 1teaspoon peanut better or almond butter and sugar free preserve and tea
or
half cup of cereal and 1 teaspoon germ with skim milk
lunch :
yoplait light yogurt
one apple or pear
dinner:
different kinds of vegetable,
small portion of soybeans products (tofu or soybean)
little bit of rice
one cup of soymilk
BTW, i also will do half or one hours yoga every day.
this plan almost 1000calories a day, but why i still can not lose weight? i am 155cm, and 40kg， but even though i get 40kg, why i still don't look skinny? especially my face and lower part of body,
your already underweight... your bmi is 16.6 and a "normal" bmi is 18.5. you DON'T need to loose weight at all!!!
