Ive been having a lot of trouble eating lately, help?
Ive had almost no appetite for the last couple of weeks, could i possibly have an eating disorder? I do feel uncomfortable in my body, i feel fat and ugly but i dont think i need to starve myself. However I am always thinking about food, what time im going to eat, what im going to eat, how many calories are in what im eating etc. I dont know what to do about it, right now im 5'4" and 100 lbs and i still feel fat.
heres what i ate today if it helps
two egos chocolate chip waffles (plain no butter or syrup)
plum
peanut butter and jelly on wheat
handful of pretzels
strawberry yogurt
and i already feel like thats a TON of food, all i drank was water

You have mentioned you have been suffering with a chronic illness and suffer pain . This in and of itself may be why you do not have an appetite. You should consult with your Dr. who is aware of your condition and your mindset.
Your weight is actually low. I calculated your B.M.I. and you should weigh at least 111#s and that is the low #. Remember that your health is more important than your weight. You cannot look good unless you feel good. Your health is prescient and most important.
Always thinking about food is a sign of a deeper problem, usually. You are dissatisfied in some area of your life. Heavy people fill the hole with food. And body conscious people fill the hole with obsessive thoughts and binge behaviors. A little soul-searching will reveal what you are really hungering after...independence, acceptance, unconditional love, security and the like. These are oftentimes the culprit behind the empty void.
Take some me time. Get outside and take a walk after eating a balanced meal. Become more introspective to get at the true heart of the problem.
Self-improvement must come from self-love, not self-hatred. There are many ways to nourish yourself. Partaking in meals is only one.
