Is Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Hand and Body Lotion good to use on rough skin?
Not really, Queen Helene produce low end beauty products (although their cholesterol hair deep conditioner, is a best buy.and it does the job.) but their lotions do nothing for rough or very dry skin. Vaseline Intensive care lotions does an amazing job for the same price. P.S If you are softening your feet and hands use petroleum jelly (any brand) before bed, apply to feet and hands; cover with cotton gloves and socks, in the morning your hands and feet will be baby soft.
