how can I ease my PMS symptoms?
I've never had a period this bad, I'm sore all over, super tired, have super bad cramps. the funny thing is it isn't that heavy, but it lasts up to 9 days =( and I feel like complete shit. and I look like complete shit! I took a bubble bath and treated myself with new vanilla bath salts & body wash & body lotion, and now I smell like a vanilla bean =) but i'm so tired and so crampy. bleechhhh..
plus i'm SUPER dizzy
I do this and it works, it is the best way to have abetter period and a better quality life, Iused to suffer day one like hell.
1.- Take flaxseed first thing in ther mornning two full sponns, lignans and omega 3 oil help relief the swelling.
2.- Make 5 little meals a day; this really helps with your period.
3.- Take mango that is very good for your period and banana it has potasium and helps relief too much flow too.
4.- Try to avoid meat the most and don´t eat chunk food; it really worsens your period.
5.- Make exercise, it s very important to have activity.
6.- Take 2 liters of water daily not more; otherwise you start taking out minerals of your system.
7.- Avoid flours with sugar like cookies and cakes.
Try this a month, you´ll see the difference a lighter and less days period, with minimum pain.
