How can I get glowy, smooth and even skin for my prom?

My prom's in three weeks and I am wearing a strapless dress but I want that glowy even look for my back shoulders. I have the occassional acne on my back but not any currently. But the scars it left made the skin on my back uneven and left some dark spots. How would I fix this in three weeks without spending a ton. I just recently started exfolicating my body a lot and do moisturized more often. I bought the Vaseline cocoa butter lotion because I heard it helps. Is there any other cheaper methods you guys could think of?

you need to take care of your skin regularly to get glowy smooth skin and maintain it....because it cannot be fixed in a day or two unless u go to a spa...since u have three weeks u can try facemasks or body masks depending on ur type of skin and avoid oily food..spots dont vanish overnight if they arent gone until prom then use body make up to hide them...moisturising and exfoliating will defintly help u in getting that glowy look...dont stress because being happy will also give that extra glow....all the best
